To book your stay:
1.	Fill in the form, we will receive it automatically after you agreed with the generals conditions.
2.	When we receive your message, we check the availability and send you a message back to confirm or not your reservation.
3.	If we confirm your reservation, you have to pay within 3 days your deposit (if you pay by credit card by telling us your card number and final date, we will make the payment).
4.	When we receive your deposit, you send you a final confirmation by e-mail.

General conditions

BOOKING OF YOUR STAY
• In case of cancelling, if you come later or if you change your arrival date, we must be inform by letter. If not, the camping place or the rental will be free the fallowing day (the day after you arrival date).
• You have to pay all the period you book even if you come later, leave earlier or go away for some nights during your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE for Rentals
• Saturday : arrival from 16h00 till 20h00 – Departure from 7h30 till 10h00.
• At your arrival, we will ask you a deposit of 200€ (given back at the end of your stay, after checking the rental – nothing broken and cleaning done).
• At your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE for a camping place
• Arrival after 12h00 – Departure from 8h00 till 12h00. If you leave after 12H00, you will have to pay another night.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS for a rental
• An extra person exceptionally allowed by the office when you have booked will have to pay 50€ per week, or 8€ per night.
• Tent are forbidden on rental space.
• Electric equipment are forbidden (barbecue... Machine to make some bread ….)
• Animal forbidden in July and August.

CANCELLING for a rental
• The cancelling insurance will pay a all or a part of your bill.
• If you don’t take the cancelling insurance, if you cancel from 1 till 60 days before your arrival, you loose you deposit and you must pay the balance of your stay. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival, we send you back you deposit (not the booking fees).

CANCELLING for a camping place
• If you cancel from 1 till 30 days before your arrival, you loose you deposit. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we send you back you deposit (not the booking fees).

MAINS CAMPSITE RULES
All the clients must respect the campsite rules.
• Only gas barbecue are allowed.
• Your visitors are welcome. They must come to the office and pay their tax before come in.
• Pets must be keep en lead and vaccinate (vaccination paper).
• No noise between 23h00 and 8h00, no traffic.
• Swimming pool : eating, smoking, drinking are forbidden. Big air plastic game are, ball forbidden.
• No reduction in case of technical problems. It will be repaired as quickly as possible.
• Time of opening of swimming pool and slide can be changed by the Direction.
